Can’t use all of my RAM?

Components:
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0; Bios version 2603
CPU: AMD FX8350
RAM: 2x 4GB Hyper X Fury Ram(1600MHz)
GPU: XFX RX480 4GB GPU
Windows 10 64 Bit

Basically, in Task Manager it shows only 3.9GB of ram being used, but 4.1GB “hardware reserved”.In the bios the total memory is shown as 4080MB, but under advanced and north bridge configuration both sticks are shown in DIMM 2 and 4 as 4096MB 1600MHz.

So far I’ve tried:
Both sticks work in each slot individually, boot fine and are recognised in each slot.

Checked the CPU for bent pins and it looks perfectly fine.

Resetting the bios.

Adjusting page file and max ram usage in windows.

Were the two RAM sticks purchased as a set?

Yes, they were purchased as a set.

Are you trying to run them at 1600Mhz or 1333? Maybe try resetting your BIOS to defaults.

According to the Bios and Task manager it’s at 1600MHz, however after messing with some windows settings and restarting a few times Task manager is showing 3.9GB usable at 1066MHz?
