Okay, this will probably be kind of confusing because I don’t know all the correct terms, but I’m going to try to explain as best I can.

I just built my first PC. I downloaded Windows 10 S onto it, but I can’t download any of the needed drivers since Microsoft won’t let you download foreign files to “protect” your computer. Because my internet connector is in my motherboard, I can’t even activate Windows Pro. Ethernet doesn’t work either because none of the motherboard ports work.

I legitimately have no clue what to do. Is my only option to order a disc/USB with Windows Pro on it, so it’ll then allow me to download my drivers? I’ve been hassling with the thing for several days now I’m getting extremely agitated.

Boot from it, and this time select Win 10 Pro, instead of Win 10 S to install.
Delete ALL partitions on the drive while you install.

I installed it from Microsoft’s media creation tool (I believe?) because a couple articles I read said that’s what to do, then put it onto a USB. When my PC booted up it gave me about a dozen options to choose from and they all were suffixed by S.

So does the link you provided let you put in your Pro activation code so you can get the full version onto a USB without activating it on the needed PC? Is that correct?
