Can 1050TI Cause Screen Tearing

Hi guys.

My specs :
I5 7500
16GB RAM ( 2x 8GB )

Monitor :

Samsung S19F350HNW 47cm (18.5 Inches)

60hz
1366 x 768 pixels
AH-IPS
Only VGA input Supported

So I'm thinking about buying Zotac GTX 1050TI OC Edition with a HDMI to VGA converter.

I'll play mostly just cause 3 , GTA V ,NFS payback, and more like these games at medium to high settings at my monitor's resolution.

Will there be any tearing or lagging and low fps etc ?

Please share your thoughts.

It should game fine, I would just make sure vsync is enabled when gaming to reduce screen-tearing.

You have a low resolution monitor so you should get high frame rates. With Vsync turned off screen tearing is possible.

So I'm thinking about buying Zotac GTX 1050TI OC Edition with a HDMI to VGA converter.

Be aware that you need an ACTIVE adapter. Nvidia removed all analog outputs on the 10 series cards so if you want to use VGA you need an active adapter to make it work.

With such a low resolution and fast video card, you should be able to keep things above 60fps at all times so turn on vsync and remove the tearing.
