Can $1100 build a FAST Rig with Fry's parts?

Can anyone build a desktop PC with my max budget $1100 with parts from Fry’s Electronics given that I need a rig to display 8-standard pages at once on my 40” monitor and that the rig must have parts at least as fast as my current rig which has a NIVIDIA EVGA GTX-770 and i7-4770 CPU and 4 GB DDR3RAM?

you should keep your current pc and upgrade the gpu when Pascal/polaris will be out. i7-4770 is still valid and will be for 3 years at least.
get some ram more, 8gb min.

Ive got to build a second rig as I need it to be at another location for business purposes and need to keep my existing rig for business also...any parts suggestions would be most appreciated...
