I already have a kingston 4gb ddr3 1333 bus ram. I want to add another 4gb of ram for gaming purpose. Can i add the other ram of 1600 bus. If needed my specs are
cpu: core i5 4590
gpu:gigabyte gtx 970
mobo:gigabyte ga h97 hd3
RAM: 1x4gb kingston 1333 bus

Let me check. BTW what is the function of ram in gaming?? Is it only for online gaming purpose or for offline gaming too?? Will i be able to play AC Unity and Far cry 4 with only 4gb of ram??

Generally, you can get put different speeds of memory together and they will work, providing the sticks are the same manufacturer and type of memory, especially if you understand that a 1600mhz memory chip is in reality a 1333mhz stick that has been tested and found to work at 1600mhz if you want to overclock it to that level. If they are both Kingston, and both are the same voltage (very important) they will likely work together just fine. All your memory will work at the speed of the slowest stick. (1333mhz)
So yes, it will very likely work just fine, but there are no 100% guarantees however when you mix memory.
