I have an old Asus P3B-F motherboard and Intel P3 800EB133Mhz CPU. If this 133Mhz CPU is mounted on 100Mhz FSB motherboard (with socket 370 adapter), will there be any issue? Or will it be working just fine? I am a novice on this issue. Can someone help?

A 133Mhz PIII will work on a 100hz board, but not at the right speed. Your 800Mhz CPU would only run at 600Mhz. You'd probably be better off getting a 100Mhz PIII.

Take the multiplier and multiply that by FSB and you'll get the speed at which your processor will run.
