Can 1600mhz 4GB Ram work on my Setup?

I recently bought a 4GB Ram 1600Mhz which can be found here:

The problem is when I put it in my PC, My PC won't boot.

I thought the 2GB RAM that is installed in my PC is 1600mhz but it's actually 1066Mhz

Now I know I'm stupid but is there a way to still make it work?

PS: Is it my BIOS being outdated, That's causing the problem?

Edit: I was wrong, it is supported. However, it will not work with the existing RAM. Remove the existing ram and it should work fine.

I actually tried it but it's still not booting. Imma go try it again for the 4th time.

It's entirely possible that your board doesn't support DDR3-1600, but only DDR3-1333 or 1066.

That might just be it. Looks like this stuff is not resolvable even if I try to update my bios.
Will a DDR3-1333 work in my setup tho? Because it's kinda hard to find 1066 rams.
