currenty i have vm manufactured (some local company) ram 4gb 1333mhz
and i am buying kingston hyperx blu 4gb 1600mhz ram will both ram add up to 8gb and can they run on my system

Solution
Yes, both sets of RAM should work together, but bear in mind that since they are 2 different speeds, they will run at the speed of the slowest stick.
While compatibility is usually not an issue, there are occasions where RAM will not play nice with RAM from another manufacturer.
