Can 2 gtx 1080 power 3 2560 by 1440 monitors at 60 fps

I wanted to know if 2 gtx 1080s could power three asus pg279q 2560 by 1440 monitors at 60 fps. I was thinking about running two off of one card and running the middle monitor off the other card. Games I will be playing range from minecraft to cod aw or bo3 Or even witcher 3. These are the specs of the pc http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Deez_nuts/saved/3fqxFT. Thank You

Probably not at ultra settings. I you want a locked 60fps you will have to lower a few settings.

I was not planning on ultra settings just really high settings or just high settings.
