Can 280 watt smps handle 1GB ati radeon sapphire HD5450 DDR2

Hello guys i have intel G31 motherboard,280 watt vip smps,250GB hdd,2GB ram
my question is that i am thinking to buy ati radeon hd5450 1GB ddr2 can my smps handle it?

Your psu can easily handle 5450.why hd 5450?it is very bad for games
