[SOLVED] Can 280mm AIO cool overclocked 9700k?

Currently there is a Dark Rock Pro 3 on my 9700K but It's having a hard time cooling it.

(full load temp 87C at 4.9Ghz / 1.270v, ambient 28C)

Can 280mm AIO like EVGA CLC 280 Liquid improve this situation? like 7~10C cooler?

Case environment is Dark Base Pro 900 equipped with 8 of Silent Wings 3. (4 intake 4 exhaust, all tied to CPU temp)
