Can 3.5" Drives fit in Cases that support only 2.5"?

I am intending to purchase the DAN Case A4-SFX for a future computer, though it states that only 2.5" drives are supported. Would I be able to fit 3.5" drives inside anyway? If so, how would I be able to do this?

That is a very small case.

If you attack it with a Dremel, maybe. But if you're going to spend that much on a case, why hack it up?
Just get 2.5" drives, incl SSD's.
