Question Can 750ti handle 3440x1440@60hz?

I'm looking to upgrade my monitor to 3440x1440 ultrawide. Main use is just light browsing/zoom/word. No heavy gaming. I have Asus 750ti that does not have displayport. It has 1xHDMI (I don't know a version), 2x DVI-D (I don't know if it's single or dual), 1x VGA outputs. I'm not sure if these are enough to run 3440x1440 at 60hz natively.
