i ordered the pc and it will be here next week and i have this gpu from my old pc. the card is MSI 1050 TI gaming X the psu in here is 310 w if i cant fit it into the case what other card would be a good option for me?

Card is 229mm in length. See if there's 235mm of clearance along the PCIe slot. What other card? One that fits into the amount of clearance you have along the PCIe slot (and presumably isn't too fat for anything else in the area of where the card goes).

the pc that i ordered has a rx 550 in it currently

RX 550s can range from 140mm to 225mm. You'll have to see the inside and manually examine the space.
