Can a 128 bit graphics card run on my 64-bit system?

Hi guys, So this upcoming weekend, Im planning of buying 4gb graphics card and 128 bits . But I only have 64 bit operating system. Will it work?

my pc specs are:
-processor: Intel(R)Core(TM) i3-4170CPU@3.70GHz
-4.00gb
-64-bit operating system

Bus width of a videocard has nothing to do with the operating system, you can run the videocard on 32 bit on 64 bit it doesnt matter. The bus width of a videocard matters only in performance, the bigger the better. HBM memory of a new videocard has 4096 bit bus and it works on any operating system.
