Can a 290w PSU support a 1050ti?

So I Recently got a Dell Optiplex 7020 from my workplace for free, the CPU is i7-4790 and it has 2 hard drives and with a 290W PSU.

I was thinking of doing some gaming and the integrated graphics weren't good enough to run some games I was hoping to play. (Overwatch, Rainbow Six Seige)

I found a Zotac 4GB 1050 ti for $195 CAD, which is pretty cheap here. Will the PSU be able to support it?

Thanks in advance!

It would, but I wouldn't risk it on a crappy oem psu
Recently, my Dell Psu went kaput taking away my motherboard with it and this was with an i3 540 and GT 710 2gb.
Your parts are much pricier and consume more power. Not a great idea

The Dell PSU is a quality part. The apparent low rating is because of the limited slots, bays and CPU power the Optiplex supports. The i7 4790 is an 88W CPU, the 1050Ti is 75W max. =163W.
Here are a couple reviews where a Dell PSU is intentionally overloaded.
