Question Can a 360mm rad be used as the intake?

I am planning a build and was hoping to have a 360mm rad in the front as intake and 3 120mm fans in the top as exhaust. Would this work?

yes you can.
it will work.
However using a rad as an intake is basically heating everything else in the case. hot air in, decreased cooling on the GPU, VRM, chipset , PSU, hotter air out.

A Radiator ideally will be the exhaust or even better external to the case.
I would mount the rad on top and exhaust through it.
