Can a 450W handle this?

Hi there, I had a PSU failure yesterday and am buying a corsair 450w off of a friend today. I was wondering if it can handle these parts:
AMD FX-8350 (OC to 4.33Ghz to prevent BSOD)
MSI 1gb R7790
1xHDD 1xSSD
Asus M5a97

Also, is there a possibility of a lower wattage damaging my components?

A reliable 550w is more what you need , 450w is a little light.

With the overclocking 450 isn't enough.

FX 8350 draws a lot of current.

Also, the ASUS M5A97 motherboard should be OK. But I prefer the 8+2 phase power on the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P. Just preference.

450W could handle it but it would be at the bare minimum.
