Can a 450w PSU run a SAPPHIRE RX580 Nitro+ 8GB?

Hello,

I have a Xilence PSU 450w and I am thinking of buying a Sapphire rx580.
Do you think the PSU can handle the 580 for gaming ?

CPU: i5 4570, 2x Kingston fury 4GB ram, Asus h97plus MB, 1x Kingston 120GB SSD and 1x WD 1TB HDD

Nope, get rid of xilence.
Even my 10 year old MS 400W ATX 2.3 is better than that.
