CAN a 500w dual rail 24a/21a handle?

I have a Cooler master 500w and a GTX 650 ti dual rail 24a/21a +12v

but I wanna upgrade my PC to i7 4770k with Asus H81MC and 8gb ddr3 ram 1600mhz
Can the PSU handle it?

possibly... but it will be getting hot at full load. Get a 700W and not worry about it.

Get a good 400W+ PSU. Coolermaster is known for not making high quality stuff.
