Can a 550w PSU handle a GTX 1070 and a 1060?

i have a gtx 1070 installed and a 1060 laying around and was wondering if I could make both of them run for mining on my rig.
The gtx 1060 needs only a 4 pin connector while the gtx 1070 needs 2x 6pins. I would need to buy a PCI-E cable as my PSU didnt supply 2 cables PCI-E cables.

Here is my PC specs:

550 Watt Corsair Vengeance 550M Modular 80+ Bronze
ASRock H170M Pro4S
Intel Core i5 6600 4x 3.30GHz
6144MB KFA2 GeForce GTX 1060 EX OC
16GB Corsair Vengeance
525GB Crucial MX300
ZOTAC GeForce® GTX 1070 AMP Edition

according to https://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator i would need only 427 W. Should I be fine?

I've never heard of a Corsair Vengeance PSU, just ram. if it is a Corsair VS model PSU, then according to this:

It is no better than a tier 4 unit, and I would not recommend it for use in this application. I WOULD recommend a tier 1 or 2 unit in the 650 watt and up range.

the Vengeance is a German only PSU that's the basis for the grey CXM (but I think with better caps throughout, not sure though)
it comes with 3 12V rails at 25A each
in terms of power it should be enough
tbe PSU comes with 2 PCIe connectors according to Corsair's website
however splitting it to 3 cables....not sure I'd feel comfortable with that

I think I will try. As it is for mining, I will undervolt the cards anyway so I think it should be fine. Worst case scenario would be not to work right? Or can I cause damage just by trying?

generally, your PSU could overload, shut down and never turn on again

as for how it reacts to some weird splitter, dunno tbh
