In terms of wattage it is plenty. However, that is a low end 550W PSU and will probably have a lot of coil whine when being stressed. I personally would never touch that PSU even for an office iGPU setup.
 
You list two 550w power supplies,aerocool and gamemax.
Why two??
Either can technically do the job, but I would not buy a poor quality psu.
It can become expensive if it fails under load and damages your parts.
Your I3-10105F is strong enough to support a much more capable graphics card in the future.
I would buy something in the 650/750w range to handle that possibility.

As to quality, not knowing anything else, look at the warranty.
If a unit has 7 years or more, it is likely a good unit.
