So that's a 95W part and the 3070 is a 220W part. Say with everything else you're pulling 350W so a 400W PSU would be enough in theory though I wouldn't use one lol. Unless you're doing some interesting Overclocking you should be fine.

Which one exactly? And how old?

Yes, it would be helpful to be exact here. For instance, I'm unfamiliar with any Thermaltake PSUs that are all in the Smart series -- which tends to be a low-end group-regulated Sirtec one, sometime with RGBs stuffed in -- Gold-rated, and exactly 600W. And this really matters because Thermaltake PSUs range from good (Toughpowers) to mediocre (lots) to awful (anything with Litepower or old TR2s).
