Can a 700-800 dollar pc run bf4 on mid at at least 100 fps (never less than 100)?

Please somebody help-me,I want to build a new gaming pc in a budget of 700-800 US dollars,it has to run BF4 on medium with at least 100 fps,but if possible at 120 fps (it wold be better),and all the pieces need to be from only one site,because I'm from Brazil and shipping ant taxes here are pretty high,so The maximum payment of shipping is 60 dollars.Obs:Its my first PC so please help can it run bf4 on mid at at least 100 fps?(I dont wanna know about ultra,would it run bf4 on mid with at least 100 fps or not)Please help guys.

You can google for reviews of those cards and see what fps you are likely to get , and at what settings

60 fps is the limit that your eyes and brain can handle. Anything more than 60 fps will look the same. I got a i5 4430 + 8GB memory + HD 7870 ($760) - this pc can handle BF4 on High at 60fps with a resolution of 1600x900.

You can't tell much of a difference after 30 FPS, and especially 60 FPS. Also, 800 dollars can not get you that good.

Dunno about you, but I do see a difference between 30 and 60 frames per second. Anything above 60 is for showing off.

When I mean is 30 fps, anything above does not look horrible and laggy.

800 dollars can get you on high settings. But not 100fps.
probably 60 fps.
60 fps is all you need. You can see more than that.
