[SOLVED] can a 750watt psu power my two rtx 3070ti?

No. Those are each 290W TDP cards. You should be looking at 1000W PSUs minimum.

Apexgaming AG-M is mediocore at best. I'd pick a higher quality PSU with such expensive GPUs. Corsair RMx or Super Flower Leadex III Gold for example.

Hello ueharajohji. In that case, then it depends. Personally I wouldn't connect that cheap power supply to my GPUs. If you're using them to render or export projects, and plan on keeping your GPUs long term, then I would suggest a higher quality unit. However, if you're using the GPUs to mine crypto currency, then you'll probably want to compare the cost to a higher quality PSU, and see if the numbers are still profitable enough for you, with the added cost of a high quality unit. If not then take your chances with the power supply that you've already selected.

Not recommanded. Molex has one 12v wire while a riser needs 3. With molex you pull 3 times the current through one wire.

if I am going to buy the corsair 850x do I power my two riser with one pcie (using splitters) ? I can only see two 4 + 4 cables which is enough for only two 3070tis.

NO! 4+4 is for CPU, also EPS is. You must connect PCI-e to the GPU.
RM850x comes with 3 PCI-e cables with two 6+2 connectors each. One cable goes to the risers and one cable to each GPU.
Is it for mining and you undervolt the GPUs?

yes it is for mining and I am going to dedicate the 850watt psu for two rtx 3070, I am going to undervolt my gpus slightly but I assume even at 290watts each the 850 watt can handle it..if I am wrong please enlighten me.

It's about the cables. With 290w I prefer 2 seperate cables to each GPU.
RM850x has 5 sockets for CPU and GPU and they're all the same. Since you don't use a CPU with this PSU you're able to connect 2 more PCI-e cables. Just order 2 extra Corsair type 4 PCI-e cables so you have 5 of them. One to the risers and two seperate cables to each GPU.
