Can a 9400gt play aion?

i just bought this game AION and the system requirements says that i need for recomened system i need ether a x1550 or a geforce 6600 and i bought a 9400gt but i only have pci bus and i know that puts a bottleneck on it so is the 9400gt enough to play

yes you need atleast a 7600gt so a 9400gt should be fine.
