Can a amd fx 4300 run a gtx 960

Can a AMD Quad-core fx 4300 with a gtx 960 2gb be able to run a game like destiny 2 or overwatch?

They will run. Your CPU is a bit weak and may cause framerate dips sometimes, but I expect these games will still be enjoyable.

Also will it run the two games at 60 frames?

Two things to keep in mind here. Destiny 2 system requirements are not know at this time and both games are leagues apart in graphics requirements.

Yes you can run both games depending on your in game settings at a targeted 60fps at 1080p.

Overwatch we know can run high 60 fps on your systems with out issue. Destiny 2 you will have to wait till the game comes out to see what setting level will work for you. Mix of Medium/High probably yes, ultra not going to happen on a 960
