Can a Blown Out/Leak Capacitor Affect the Circuit of the Motherboard

Hi i have a emaxx-ig31-avl that was given to me by a friend problem is it wont power on (No lights,No fan Spin,Hot Southbridge) then i noticed 3 bulgy capacitor and 1 blown out capacitor so is it worth buying 4 new capacitor and replacing the blwn out/bulgy ones

Capacitors are cheap enough to try it. You should probably replace them all: those that haven't failed yet are probably on the way out and if you just replace the obviously-bad ones and it doesn't work then the problem could still be one of the others.

they did not blow out without something has happens could have suffer a power surge if you want play on it that up to you but i would be suprise board will work after capacitors replacements some others parts could have blow also .

Thanks i'l Try Replacing the Bad Caps and give an update if it works or not (Someone will probably encounter this problem atleast they will know if its worth it or not)
