after the blackout, it won't boot at all. tried power draining technique from googling, nothing.It seems kind of weird that a RAM slot would go out after a blackout.
But otherwise, it depends on what's really broken. If it's the actual RAM slot, that is technically replaceable. It could also be the RAM stick itself. But if the CPU got damaged, you're not really fixing that.
