Recently, I've purchased a Corsair 750D case. As soon as I first booted the computer up in the new case, my Toshiba drive ceased to work or even spin up. Thinking it was just the drive's time to go, I bit the bullet and bought a new WD Blue drive. Upon inserting the new drive, it did the exact same thing; and then again with a 3RD DRIVE! I have an SSD as well, and it boots up on the SAME SATA power connection cable, which leaves me to believe it's not the power cable. I also don't think it's my PSU, as it lived just fine in my old case with the HDD for a long while. So my probably insane question is... Is it possible that my case could be causing enough of an electrical problem that it's killing hard drives?
