GREAT NEWS! I have been trying different combinations, and I found one that works that people were suggesting. I have 0, none, zip SSD's running right now. I used MIRAY HHDCLONE to clone my original 240 SSD to my 512 NVMe chip. IT WORKED. It is now only running on NVMe right now. I was told it wouldn't work, but it did :)

It looks like I didn't save my last post. I was able to bit-copy my ssd to a 512 NVMe chip, and it booted up just fine. I did however try to go to a 2tb NVMe, but the copying software just sat there. So it does work booting up with no ssd's, but I guess the system has an issue with bigger chips?
