Can a Dell XPS 400 run skyrim

so I'm playing Skyrim on the Xbox right now and learned that the elder scrolls online is coming out and wanted to play it but I have a dell XPS 400 and since the elder scrolls online isn't out yet I have to first see if skyrim will work

you don't even have a standalone gpu I'm sorry but the answer is no, even the cpu would not be good enough if you did get a gpu your looking at a new system
