Can a E-450 and Radeon 6320 play this game?

I want to play Call of Duty World at War, Nazi zombies as well.

My Specs Are:
Radeon 6320
AMD E-450 Dual Core CPU

I Heard these specs could play MW3,And other games but can it play this? it is older and doesnt seem to be a heavy game like MW2.

Maybe, I would look at the minimum specs for the game published by the developers to get a good idea.

I tried System Requirements but there not always right, and i checked the specs but im not sure weather its good enough for it or not.

It says Farcry 2 is not playable, but it runs at 40,60 fps on my computer
