I have a hp desktop and it has a Foxconn 2ada motherboard with an i5 3300s CPU, was thinking about upgrading it to an i5 3570k but just wanted to know if the motherboard can support the i5 3570k CPU.

Claims to support 95W CPUs, so I don't see why not. Not really worth the expense in trying though. Still a quad core, just a faster stock frequency. Unless you can get it extremely cheaply, I would say save your money and look at buying something like a Ryzen 2200G, motherboard, and some memory.
