can a GAME crash affects system files or windows 8.1 instal ?

many people are having a crash with battlefield when exit the game since last patch
battlefield 4 has stopped working crash

can that error for example affect windows if it keeps happeneing

i havent experience any crashes in bf4 but i doubt it would affect the operating system.

nope, shouldn't affect the os, maybe it can pile up on error reports but nothing more and you can clean those up with disk cleanup easily

A program crashing should not effect the system.

It may leave crash logs to analyze, but it will not hurt the system.
