Can a Graphic card e.g (Radeon,Nvidia) cards can be used in Hp Workstation or other

Solution
Yes ofcourse you can providing your system supports it you have open pci x16 or above slot well ofcourse you can.. now will it work will depends on your systems power supply and the open slot and space needed.. This is why I asked you for more details on your system its like driving in the dark being blind without any specs???? There are a lot of brands makes and models of work stations out there so in THEORY YOU CAN.
In theory, yes.
In practice it requires the following to be true:-
1). a motherboard with a x16 PCIe slot and a free space in the next slot down
2). a case with full size expansion slots at the rear and some space above them
3). enough space in front of the expansion slot to load the graphics card (some cards are up to 12" long and can be impeded by drive cages)
4). a power supply beefy enough to power the system and the graphics card
5). a power supply with at least 2 x 6-pin aux power cables (this is in combination with above)
6). admin/super user rights on the workstation to install drivers

Without knowing more about the system and the specific card we cannot give a definitive answer.
