Can a Graphics Card Running DDR2 work on a PC running DDR3 memory?

Solution

Yes, the two things have nothing to do with each other, the ram on the video card is controlled by the hardware on the card.

it's 300W i can upgrade it to 400W, that should be enough for a decent 100$ card no?

The HD5670 is alright for a 300w PSU but it is a tier below those other 3 cards. A 400w should handle the an HD5750 and if it is a good brand(Corsair, Antec, ect.) then it will handle the other 2 as well.
What it the native resolution of your monitor?

Well i plan to play mostly Guild Wars 2 when it comes out and a few strategy games, so a GPU around 100$ should be more than enough. Thanks for answering my question and your GPU suggestions. :D
