Question Can a GTX 1050Ti outperform a PS 4 Pro for 4k gaming?

So here is a question that no one wants to answer me, i just want an answer for this question, so, can a GTX 1050 Ti + i5 8300 H + 8 GB DDR4 2666. aka this laptop:

Outperform A PS 4 Pro?

in all terms, plus im mostly gonna plug the laptop into a 4K monitor, so can it perform better in terms of 4 k ?

You can ONLY run DESKTOP at 4k - no 3d, no gaming, nothing else, apart from desktop. What's the point?

NO! Laptops at the price of a PS4 pro are not made for gaming.

You're comparing apples to oranges. You CANNOT compare the PS4 Pro to a laptop, it doesn't work that way, especially not in pricing.

Yes it will display 4k fine.

You can't compare speeds of a computer to a console. Console games are build to run on a specific hardware setup, computer games are not. They are more open for speed and quality settings, which is why some higher end games can't run as smoothly on a lower end PC than on a console. At 1080 I would much rather have a computer with a 1050Ti video card than a console. For 4k gaming you need a 1060 card for low settings and a 1070/2070 or faster card for higher settings. I can play WOW at 4 k on an older R9 290x card, at about medium settings with 60fps, but more demanding games will have less fps.
