Question Can a gtx 1660 ti run 1080p 144 hz

I have seen on nvidia site that this card is for 1080p with "high refresh rate".I was wondering if it can pull of 144 fps in multiplaye games like CSGO ,PUBG,Apex legends?If it can what should i do because i wont get a stable 144 fps and people say less than or more than 144 fps will cause stutteing?
FYI ,CPU-Ryzen 5 2600 ram- 16gb Corsair vengeance lpx 3000Mhz

yeah it should. But it depends on are you gaming on low or ultra setting etc.

i personally game with a gtx 1070 ti, 1440p high and getting 80 fps in apex. I believe that 1080p with medium will certainly give you 144 or more fps.

so you want to get 144FPS all the time under very high/ultra setting?
