Can a GTX 660 SC 2GB GDDR5 be unlocked for more overclocking?

I have tried to flash it and i am confused whether or not it can be flashed because it always says it cant find the the voltage offsets.

Does your bios let you overcloack it? If it doesn't and you are desperate to overclock it then the only thing you can do if get a bios hack fir your bios and overvolt your gpu
