Can a GTX 750 TI run on 90w of power?

I have a intel hd 4600 right now looking to upgrade soon and a I5 2.5M processor and I was wondering if I could use this card google says it only 60 Watts of power to run. (No I can't take a picture of the label I don't have the PC with me right now.) (Also I would like a desc of why it could not work and what would happen if I were to try to use it on 90w of power ya know to avoid trolls.) Just to avoid people saying my PC is trash I can handle DayZ at 60 fps 720p in cities I drop to 30 so honestly in my eyes I don't think I have a problem but I want to be sure. If you want additional info this is my pc https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/DQ.SUNAA.005 everything is the same except the hard drive my has 2 terabytes that one has 1 (weird.)

60 watts is the max wattage the card produces so with 90 watts it has room to breathe and should run fine

And exactly where do you intend to install the card in that all in one? It has no 16x pci-e slot. Even if it did 90w is not enough to power the system and the gpu.
