Hi, I mostly play racing simulators, and I'm going to build a PC to have a better experience than in my laptop, and I really want to experience with a triple monitor setup.
But before building, I would like to know: Can the GTX 970 can run games at 3840x720 at 60 fps in medium/high settings? mostly racing games and simulators
And, in case that the GTX 970 can run easily on that resolution and settings, until what resolution I can go up? Triple 1600x900 monitors maybe?

I know other parts of the PC may be important so consider:
-3rd gen Intel Core i5 cpu
-8GB of RAM
-1TB HDD

Thanks in advance!

That resolution is between 1080p and 1440p in terms of pixelcount. A 970 is a great 1080p card and a good 1440p card. It should be able to...

the gtx 970 is good at 1080p, and somewhat ok for 1440p

lower your expectations

which i5 exactly?

A Core i5 3470

That resolution is between 1080p and 1440p in terms of pixelcount. A 970 is a great 1080p card and a good 1440p card. It should be able to handle medium/high settings at that resolution at a stable 60 fps. Of course this depends on the game. A game like dirt rally will run at ultra just fine on that card.
