[SOLVED] Can a HDMI to DVI adapter get 144hz in my monitor ?

The adapter you linked is DMS-59 to DVI-I. That monitor only supports 144HZ via Displayport and Dual link DVI. The HDMI is limited to 60Hz. What video card are you using?

Also there are no HDMI to dual link DVI adapter that I have ever seen. They are all single link and would be limited to 60HZ. There are DP to dual link DVI adapters, but they are expensive and not needed as the monitor has a DP.
