[SOLVED] Can a high soc voltage kill a computer mouse?

I tried to overclock my 2200g's igpu to 1600mhz with a 1.2875v soc, it worked and i played for awhile then after that i turned it off and went to sleep. After a few hours i turned it on again and suddenly my mouse is not working properly, my right click is not functioning completely, my left click works but sometimes it just functions like a right click all of a sudden. Is this because of the high soc voltage or is it just a coincidence and my mouse is just dying?

SoC voltage is for IMC in the CPU, nothing to do with USB and mouse etc.
