Can a monitor with 768 resolution go up to 1080?

Just wanna know if it is possible. My monitor is Acer S200HQL

even when my monitor is only up to 1366x768? I have a GTX 1050ti because if I put the display settings to 1920x1080 it displays no signal so I asked this question if it is even possible
