Question Can a motherboard bottleneck a GPU or CPU?

I am currently running a Gigabye B450 AORUS Pro Wifi motherboard.
Could this at all bottleneck a Ryzen 9 5950x or RTX 4070 TI Super or am I fine with this configuration?

motherboards aren't usually bottlenecks unless they're on a lower PCIe version, but I don't think you should have any bottleneck with those components.

that being said, bottlenecks can happen due to other factors as well, so I can't assure it will not be a bottleneck
