Can a MSI B85 G41 Motherboard run SLI?

Solution

I just double check it again. And it does not support SLI.

I quote this from a recent post last year.
"Nvidia requires that each card in a SLI configuration has at least an x8 connection. Crossfire only requires x4. Motherboard makers can save some money by going for an x16 / x4 configuration, which will support Crossfire but not SLI. More...
What I don't get is how would it run Crossfire but not SLI? The second slot is PCIE 2.0 16x @ 4x and I have seen Nvidia GPUs run on that.

More expensive motherboards go x8 / x8 which allows for SLI and also provides better Crossfire performance."

Solution
I have seen review with Nvidia GPUs running on PCIE 2.0 16x @ 4x. I would be running older GPUs in SLI (GTX 570).

I have this current motherboard I was just going to do a test with those two GPUs. The reason I was wondering is because my HD 7950s run fine on it.

I have Crossfire HD 7950s. I am going to test something with the GTX 570s, so I need to know of my motherboard will work for SLI. So after seeing the link do you think SLI will work on my motherboard?
