YES. Just make you update your BIOS, before upgrading. The board is having 1 PCI-E X16 slot for the video card. Do you also have a compatible PSU with you ? Rest of your system specs ??

Which PSU model/brand is it, first of all ?
I don't know it came with the pc .I got one prebuilt.
Open up your ATX cabinet/chassis, and look for the LABEL printed on the side of the PSU. Either take a pic, or post the exact model number/brand here...Knowing the PSU brand/make/model is VERY important, especially when you are upgrading to any high-end GPU.
I also suggest you wait for some more time, since Nvidia and AMD are going to release new GPUs very soon, assuming you are interested in the new upcoming GPU series..
