I am planning to buy a Noctua NH-D15 but I don't know if that cooler will fit on my case.

Here are my parts:

ram: G.Skill Ripjaws V
motherboard: Asus z170-A
Case: Fractal Design Define S

Thank you.

Solution
http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/cases/define-series/define-s "CPU coolers up to 180mm in height"
http://noctua.at/en/products/cpu-cooler-retail/tdpguide lists the height of the cooler as 165mm, so it's compatible with the case.

However, you might have some trouble with the ram. http://noctua.at/en/products/cpu-cooler-retail/nh-d15 indicates the fan only leaves room for 32mm-height ram, and specs at http://www.gskill.com/en/product/f4-2400c15d-16gvs indicate Ripjaws V ram is 42mm high. (that might not be the size or speed you have, but I checked several other speeds, and the height seems the same for all speeds of Ripjaws V)

Solution
I have this case, and I measured it out.
The Noctua DH-15 WILL fit, however, the back-top 2 exhaust fan modules will not be able to have fans if you need to have the DH-15 in the 2 fan configuration, with the front fan raised to clear your ram. I have the Kensington hyperx 2x8GB ram sticks and they are pretty low profile, but even I would have to raise the Noctua fan to clear them.

My 140mm fans are 30mm thick when mounted (http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/casefans/dynamic-x2-gp-14), and the with the DH-15 fan raised to clear the memory there is only roughly 15MM of clearance.

IMO... The Define S is an incredible case, but the whole purpose of it's design is to be used with liquid cooling. Hence the reason why it has no expansion bays. I would recommend looking to AIO coolers or custom loops.
