Can a pc3 10600 replace pc3 8500

I have a pc3 8500 RAM , can I replace it with pc3 10600 RAM

Please let me know.

Voltage requirement must be the same, but otherwise "Yes". Depending on your motherboard and BIOS, the 10600 may well run at only 8500 speed.

Are you planning on just replacing them, or are you replacing 2GB with 4GB or something like that?

Just wondering, because it is unlikely that upgrading 8500 to 10600 straight across isn't going to be much of an upgrade.
